本应用由中山梦织次元文化科技有限公司（以下简称 "我们" 或 "公司"）开发并运营。我们尊重并保护所有使用服务用户的个人隐私权。本应用会按照本隐私政策的规定使用和披露您的个人信息。但本应用将以高度的勤勉、审慎义务对待这些信息。除本隐私政策另有规定外，在未征得您事先许可的情况下，本应用不会将这些信息对外披露或向第三方提供。本应用会不时更新本隐私政策。您在同意本应用服务使用协议之时，即视为您已经同意本隐私政策全部内容。
1.在您使用本应用网络服务，或访问本应用平台网页时，本应用自动接收并记录的您的设备信息，包括但不限于：
a. 您的 IP 地址、设备型号、操作系统版本、Android ID（ANDROID ID）等设备标识符
b. 使用的语言、访问日期和时间、软硬件特征信息
c. 应用使用数据及您需求的功能记录等数据
d. Android ID（ANDROID ID）等设备标识符的收集目的、方式和范围：用于账号安全、登录状态识别、设备风控、服务稳定性保障及问题排查；由应用或集成 SDK 在应用运行、登录、联网或使用相关功能时通过系统接口读取；收集范围仅限设备标识符本身及与上述目的必要相关的设备信息，不用于与服务无关的用途
2.您了解并同意，以下信息不适用本隐私政策：
a. 本应用收集到的您在本应用发布的有关信息数据，包括但不限于参与活动、互动信息及评价详情
b. 违反法律规定或违反本应用规则行为及本应用已对您采取的措施
我们将会使用您的以下功能权限，各项权限用途说明如下：
·麦克风（用于语音交互功能）
·存储权限（用于保存个性化设置）
·网络权限（包括 WIFI 网络、蜂窝通信网络）
·位置权限（基于手机基站数据和 GPS 信号提供地区特定服务）
·剪贴板读取权限：仅在用户主动唤起粘贴、口令识别等对应操作场景时临时读取设备剪贴板内容；读取内容仅在应用本地瞬时处理，不会本地持久存储、不会上传至我方服务器、不会采集剪贴板内无关隐私内容，读取使用完毕后立即释放数据，无留存。
如果您禁止 APP 使用以上相关服务和功能，您将自行承担不能获得或享用 APP 相应服务的后果。
1.本应用不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息，除非事先得到您的许可，或该第三方和本应用（含本应用关联公司）单独或共同为您提供服务，且在该服务结束后，其将被禁止访问包括其以前能够访问的所有这些资料。
2.本应用亦不允许任何第三方以任何手段收集、编辑、出售或者无偿传播您的个人信息。任何本应用平台用户如从事上述活动，一经发现，本应用有权立即终止与该用户的服务协议。
在如下情况下，本应用将依据您的个人意愿或法律的规定全部或部分的披露您的个人信息：

2.为提供您所要求的产品和服务，而必须和第三方分享您的个人信息

1.本应用帐号均有安全保护功能，请妥善保管您的用户名及密码信息。本应用将通过对用户密码进行加密等安全措施确保您的信息不丢失，不被滥用和变造。尽管有前述安全措施，但同时也请您注意在信息网络上不存在 "完善的安全措施"。
2.由于您的自身行为或不可抗力等情形，导致上述可能涉及您隐私或您认为是私人信息的内容发生被泄露、披露，或被第三方获取、使用、转让等情形的，均由您自行承担不利后果，我们对此不承担任何责任。
1.账号注册与使用：您可以通过手机号、邮箱等方式注册本应用账号，注册时需提供真实、准确的个人信息。账号所有权归您所有，您需对账号下的所有行为负责。
2.账号注销功能：
a. 注销途径：您可通过 "应用设置 - 账号安全 - 注销账号" 路径提交注销申请，或联系我们的客服（邮箱：253606790@qq.com）申请注销账号。
b. 注销条件：账号需处于正常状态，无未完成的交易、无未解决的纠纷，且需验证身份信息以确保是账号本人操作。
c. 注销流程：提交注销申请后，我们将在 15 个工作日内审核并反馈结果。审核通过后，您的账号将被永久注销。
d. 注销后果：账号注销后将无法恢复，您的个人信息（除法律法规规定需保留的信息外）将被删除或匿名化处理，账号内的所有数据（如虚拟物品、互动记录等）将被清除。
e. 注销后信息处理：我们将按照法律法规要求保留必要的信息，其余信息将在账号注销后 30 天内删除或匿名化处理，不会再用于任何商业目的。
1.如果决定更改隐私政策，我们会在本政策中、本公司网站中以及我们认为适当的位置发布这些更改，以便您了解我们如何收集、使用您的个人信息，哪些人可以访问这些信息，以及在什么情况下我们会透露这些信息。

在您使用我们的产品或服务的过程中，我们可能需要您提供个人信息，如姓名、电子邮件地址、电话号码等以及注册或申请服务时需要的其它类似个人信息；您对我们的产品和服务使用即表明您同意我们对这些信息的收集和合理使用。您可以自行选择拒绝、放弃使用相关产品或服务。

This application is developed and operated by Zhongshan Mengzhi Ciyuan Culture Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Company"). We respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users who use our services. This application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose such information to the public or provide it to any third party without obtaining your prior permission. ·Clipboard access permission: clipboard content is temporarily read only when the user actively initiates a corresponding operation, such as pasting content or recognizing a command; the content read is processed only temporarily and locally within the application; it will not be persistently stored locally, will not be uploaded to our servers, and unrelated private information contained in the clipboard will not be collected , and the data will be released immediately after use and will not be retained.
If you prohibit the APP from using the services and functions described above, you will bear the consequences of being unable to obtain or use the corresponding services of the APP.

1.Account Registration and Use: You may register an account for this application using a mobile phone number, email address, or other supported methods. 2.Account Deletion:
a. Deletion Method: You may submit an account deletion request through "App Settings - Account Security - Delete Account", or contact our customer service team (Email: 253606790@qq.com) to request account deletion.
b. Deletion Conditions: The account must be in normal status, have no incomplete transactions, have no unresolved disputes, and identity verification must be completed to ensure that the operation is performed by the account owner.
c. Deletion Process: After you submit an account deletion request, we will review the request and provide feedback within 15 business days. After the request is approved, your account will be permanently deleted.
d. Consequences of Deletion: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Your personal information (except information that must be retained under applicable laws and regulations) will be deleted or anonymized, and all data in the account (such as virtual items and interaction records) will be cleared.
e. Processing of Information After Deletion: We will retain necessary information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All remaining information will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account deletion and will no longer be used for any commercial purpose.
