本应用由中山梦织次元文化科技有限公司（以下简称 "我们" 或 "公司"）开发并运营。我们尊重并保护所有使用服务用户的个人隐私权。本应用会按照本隐私政策的规定使用和披露您的个人信息。但本应用将以高度的勤勉、审慎义务对待这些信息。除本隐私政策另有规定外，在未征得您事先许可的情况下，本应用不会将这些信息对外披露或向第三方提供。本应用会不时更新本隐私政策。请您阅读本政策并自主作出选择。阅读或同意本政策、同意服务协议、使用本应用或授予麦克风等系统权限，均不等于同意向第三方 AI 服务发送个人信息；第三方 AI 数据处理须另行取得您的明确同意，详见第 3.1 节。
1.在您使用本应用网络服务，或访问本应用平台网页时，本应用自动接收并记录的您的设备信息，包括但不限于：
a. 您的 IP 地址、设备型号、操作系统版本、Android ID（ANDROID ID）等设备标识符
b. 使用的语言、访问日期和时间、软硬件特征信息
c. 应用使用数据及您需求的功能记录等数据
d. Android ID（ANDROID ID）等设备标识符的收集目的、方式和范围：用于账号安全、登录状态识别、设备风控、服务稳定性保障及问题排查；由应用或集成 SDK 在应用运行、登录、联网或使用相关功能时通过系统接口读取；收集范围仅限设备标识符本身及与上述目的必要相关的设备信息，不用于与服务无关的用途
2.以下信息如涉及您的个人信息，同样适用本隐私政策：
a. 本应用收集到的您在本应用发布的有关信息数据，包括但不限于参与活动、互动信息及评价详情
b. 违反法律规定或违反本应用规则行为及本应用已对您采取的措施
我们将会使用您的以下功能权限，各项权限用途说明如下：
·麦克风（用于语音交互功能）：在您授权麦克风权限并另行同意第三方 AI 数据处理后，您主动开启语音交互时采集音频，用于语音识别与对话。系统麦克风授权不替代第三方 AI 数据共享授权。
·存储权限（用于保存个性化设置）
·网络权限（包括 WIFI 网络、蜂窝通信网络）
·位置权限（基于手机基站数据和 GPS 信号提供地区特定服务）
·剪贴板读取权限：仅在用户主动唤起粘贴、口令识别等对应操作场景时临时读取设备剪贴板内容；读取内容仅在应用本地瞬时处理，不会本地持久存储、不会上传至我方服务器、不会采集剪贴板内无关隐私内容，读取使用完毕后立即释放数据，无留存。
您可以拒绝相关权限或第三方 AI 数据处理授权；拒绝仅影响依赖该权限或数据处理的功能，不影响不依赖这些权限或第三方 AI 的其他功能。
1.我们按照本政策说明的目的和必要范围处理您的个人信息，不向无关第三方出售、出租或交易您的个人信息。向服务提供方共享信息时，我们将说明接收方、数据种类、处理目的和方式，并依法取得所需授权。第三方 AI 服务适用以下单独授权规则，不因其参与提供服务而免除事前告知和征得同意的要求。
2.我们不允许第三方通过本应用擅自收集、编辑、出售或传播您的个人信息。
服务提供方及接收公司：北京火山引擎科技有限公司（火山引擎），为本应用提供豆包／火山方舟大模型、语音识别、语音合成、实时音频通信（veRTC）及启用的对话记忆服务。本应用的开发和运营主体为中山梦织次元文化科技有限公司，火山引擎是第三方服务提供方。
发送哪些数据及用途：
a. 您主动提交的文字消息、语音识别后的文字、生成回复所需的相关对话历史及上下文，用于理解请求、生成 AI 回复和互动内容。
b. 您主动开启语音交互时的麦克风音频，用于实时音频传输和语音识别；需要朗读的回复文本，用于语音合成并播放回复。
c. 与本次互动相关的角色设定、互动状态，以及启用记忆功能时与对话相关的历史摘要、偏好和记忆内容，用于保持角色表现与对话连续性。您在对话中主动提供的个人信息也可能包含在这些内容中。
d. 用于关联请求的用户标识、角色标识、房间标识、会话／任务标识，以及建立连接所必需的 IP 地址、设备及系统信息、网络状态和故障诊断信息，用于会话建立、音频传输、服务安全与故障排查。
如何收集和共享：您主动输入或开启相关功能后，应用通过网络接口或集成 SDK 将该功能所需的数据发送至火山引擎，部分请求和记录经由我们的服务器处理。AI 回复和语音识别结果会返回应用；我们的服务器也会记录对话文字、账号、时间、角色及会话信息，用于提供对话记录、记忆等相关服务及问题排查。我们仅按所选功能处理必要的数据，麦克风或 AR 摄像头的系统授权不构成向 AI 服务共享无关内容的授权。
发送前的单独同意：在首次向火山引擎发送上述个人信息之前，我们须通过应用内独立提示告知接收公司、数据种类、用途和处理方式，并提供明确的同意与拒绝选项。只有您主动选择同意后，才可开始相关 AI 数据传输；不能以默认勾选、继续使用应用或同意一般隐私政策代替该授权。尚未取得此项同意时，不应开启向第三方 AI 发送个人信息的功能。若新增接收方、数据类型或处理目的，我们将重新告知并取得所需同意。
拒绝、停止和撤回：您可以拒绝 AI 数据处理，仅无法使用依赖该处理的 AI 功能。您可以关闭麦克风或退出语音会话以停止当次音频交互；关闭麦克风本身不代表撤回其他 AI 数据处理授权。您可通过第 11 节的客服邮箱申请撤回 AI 数据处理同意，或申请查阅、更正、删除对话及记忆数据。撤回不影响撤回前基于同意已开展处理的效力；收到并核实请求后，我们将停止基于该同意的后续处理，并处理或协助向服务提供方转交相关数据请求。
存储与后续使用：有关保存、删除及跨境处理的规则见第 5、7 节。第三方对相关服务数据的处理规则也请参阅其隐私政策。AI 功能授权不等于授权将您的对话用于广告、出售、与所选服务无关的模型训练或其他用途；如拟开展额外处理，应另行告知并取得所需授权。

在如下情况下，本应用将依据您的个人意愿或法律的规定全部或部分的披露您的个人信息：

我们及相关服务提供方在提供相应服务所需的范围内存储和处理信息。对话文字、历史摘要和记忆内容属于本政策保护的信息；不因属于 AI 输入或输出而免除保护责任。
我们仅在实现所述处理目的所必需的期间及法律法规要求的期限内保留信息；超过必要期限后删除或匿名化。您可以通过第 11 节的联系方式申请删除相关数据，账号注销后的处理期限见第 7 节。第三方服务数据的具体保留规则以其适用的服务条款和隐私政策为准；我们会协助处理涉及该服务提供方的数据请求。
如相关处理涉及将您的个人信息提供至境外，我们将依法说明境外接收方、所在地、处理目的、数据种类及权利行使方式，履行相应程序并取得所需单独同意。本政策或一般 AI 功能同意不构成对未说明的跨境传输的授权。
1.本应用帐号均有安全保护功能，请妥善保管您的用户名及密码信息。本应用将通过对用户密码进行加密等安全措施确保您的信息不丢失，不被滥用和变造。尽管有前述安全措施，但同时也请您注意在信息网络上不存在 "完善的安全措施"。
2.由于您的自身行为或不可抗力等情形，导致上述可能涉及您隐私或您认为是私人信息的内容发生被泄露、披露，或被第三方获取、使用、转让等情形的，均由您自行承担不利后果，我们对此不承担任何责任。
1.账号注册与使用：您可以通过手机号、邮箱等方式注册本应用账号，注册时需提供真实、准确的个人信息。账号所有权归您所有，您需对账号下的所有行为负责。
2.账号注销功能：
a. 注销途径：您可通过 "应用设置 - 账号安全 - 注销账号" 路径提交注销申请，或联系我们的客服（邮箱：253606790@qq.com）申请注销账号。
b. 注销条件：账号需处于正常状态，无未完成的交易、无未解决的纠纷，且需验证身份信息以确保是账号本人操作。
c. 注销流程：提交注销申请后，我们将在 15 个工作日内审核并反馈结果。审核通过后，您的账号将被永久注销。
d. 注销后果：账号注销后将无法恢复，您的个人信息（除法律法规规定需保留的信息外）将被删除或匿名化处理，账号内的所有数据（如虚拟物品、互动记录等）将被清除。
e. 注销后信息处理：我们将按照法律法规要求保留必要的信息，其余信息将在账号注销后 30 天内删除或匿名化处理，不会再用于任何商业目的。

This application is developed and operated by Zhongshan Mengzhi Ciyuan Culture Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the "Company"). We respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users who use our services. This application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Microphone audio is collected when you actively start voice interaction after granting microphone permission and separately consenting to third-party AI processing. System microphone permission does not replace consent to share data with a third-party AI service.

·Clipboard access permission: clipboard content is temporarily read only when the user actively initiates a corresponding operation, such as pasting content or recognizing a command; the content read is processed only temporarily and locally within the application; it will not be persistently stored locally, will not be uploaded to our servers, and unrelated private information contained in the clipboard will not be collected , and the data will be released immediately after use and will not be retained.
You may decline permissions or third-party AI data processing. This only affects features that depend on those permissions or processing, and does not affect other features that do not rely on them.
1.We process personal information only for the purposes and within the necessary scope described in this Policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with unrelated third parties. When sharing information with service providers, we disclose the recipient, data categories, purposes and methods, and obtain the required consent. Zhongshan Mengzhi Ciyuan Culture Technology Co., Ltd. (中山梦织次元文化科技有限公司) develops and operates this app; Volcano Engine is the third-party service provider.
Data sent and purposes:
a. Text messages you submit, speech-to-text transcripts, and relevant conversation history and context needed to understand requests and generate AI responses and interactive content.
b. Microphone audio when you actively start voice interaction, for real-time transmission and speech recognition; response text to be read aloud, for speech synthesis and playback.
c. Relevant character settings and interaction state, and, when memory is enabled, conversation summaries, preferences and memories, to maintain character behavior and conversation continuity. These may include personal information that you voluntarily disclose in a conversation.
d. User, character, room and session/task identifiers used to associate requests, plus IP addresses, device and operating system information, network status and diagnostic information necessary for connection establishment, audio transmission, security and troubleshooting.
Collection and sharing: When you submit content or activate a feature, the app sends the necessary data to Volcano Engine through network APIs or integrated SDKs. Some requests and records are processed through our servers. AI responses and transcripts are returned to the app. Our servers also record conversation text, account, time, character and session information to provide conversation records, memory and related services, and troubleshoot problems. We process only the data needed for the selected feature. System microphone or AR camera permission does not authorize sharing unrelated content with AI services.
Separate consent before transmission: Before first sending the personal information described above to Volcano Engine, we must present a separate in-app notice stating the recipient company, data categories, purposes and methods, with clear options to agree or decline. AI data transmission may begin only after you actively agree. Preselected options, continued app use, or acceptance of the general Privacy Policy cannot replace this consent. Features that transmit personal information to third-party AI must not be enabled before that consent is obtained. New recipients, data categories or purposes require renewed notice and the required consent.
Declining, stopping and withdrawing: You may decline AI processing; only features dependent on it will be unavailable. Turning off the microphone or ending a voice session stops that audio interaction, but does not itself withdraw consent for other AI processing. You may contact the email address in Section 11 to withdraw AI processing consent or request access to, correction or deletion of conversation and memory data. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of processing previously carried out with consent. After receiving and verifying your request, we will stop further processing based on that consent and handle or help forward relevant data requests to the provider.
Storage and further use: Sections 5 and 7 describe retention, deletion and cross-border processing. Please also consult the provider's privacy policy for its service data practices. Consent to AI features does not authorize advertising, sale, model training unrelated to the selected service, or other additional uses of your conversations. Any proposed additional processing requires further notice and the required authorization.

We and the relevant providers store and process information within the scope needed to deliver the services. Conversation text, summaries and memories remain protected by this Policy; their use as AI input or output does not remove that protection.
We retain information only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and legally required periods, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion through Section 11; Section 7 sets out processing deadlines after account deletion. The provider's applicable service terms and privacy policy govern its specific service data retention rules. We will assist with requests involving that provider.
If processing involves transferring personal information overseas, we will disclose the overseas recipient, location, purposes, data categories and how to exercise your rights, complete the applicable legal procedures, and obtain any required separate consent. This Policy or general consent to AI features does not authorize undisclosed cross-border transfers.
1.Accounts used with this application have security protection features. Please properly safeguard your username and password information. This application will use security measures such as password encryption to help ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered. Despite the security measures described above, please also note that there is no such thing as a "perfect security measure" on information networks.
2.If content involving your privacy or information that you consider private is leaked or disclosed, or is obtained, used, or transferred by a third party due to your own actions, force majeure, or other circumstances, you will bear the resulting adverse consequences, and we will not be responsible for such consequences.
1.Account Registration and Use: You may register an account for this application using a mobile phone number, email address, or other supported methods. 2.Account Deletion:

c. Deletion Process: After you submit an account deletion request, we will review the request and provide feedback within 15 business days. After the request is approved, your account will be permanently deleted.
d. Consequences of Deletion: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored. Your personal information (except information that must be retained under applicable laws and regulations) will be deleted or anonymized, and all data in the account (such as virtual items and interaction records) will be cleared.
e. Processing of Information After Deletion: We will retain necessary information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All remaining information will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account deletion and will no longer be used for any commercial purpose.
